Participants can either stay onsite in tent accommodation or they can book a room in a nearby resort:
Shillong Whitewater Village is about 45 minutes drive from Shillong.
Nearest Airport: Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport.
Nearest Railway Station: Guwahati Railway Station
